Is Big City Stories good?

Big City Stories is not a quality free to play city builder game. Trying to combine both city building and social activities, all Big City Stories does is make me wonder why anyone thought these stories were worth telling. There’s actually something of a narrative in Big City Stories, but it’s terrible.
